Privacy Policy
Chop Wood Pressure Washing LLC ("we," "us") provides residential exterior cleaning services in southern Wisconsin. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, book a job, call, text, or email us, we collect the information you give us: your name, service address, phone number, email address, details about your property and the work you want done, and any notes you share. If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Our website may collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, send appointment reminders and job updates, invoice you, answer your questions, and improve our service. We may also let you know about seasonal services or offers; you can opt out at any time.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notices, job completion, invoices, and follow-ups related to your service. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages and run our business, and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our quoting and scheduling software, messaging provider, and payment processor — and only as needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or contact us to review, correct, or delete your information.
