Quotes and scheduling
Online quotes are based on the information you provide and standard property assumptions. If the property differs materially from what was described, we will confirm any change in price with you before starting work. Scheduled dates are weather‑dependent; we'll contact you to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or would compromise results.
Our work
We use professional soft‑wash, pressure‑washing, and pure‑water window‑cleaning methods appropriate to each surface. Please tell us in advance about known issues such as loose siding, failing paint, broken seals, or damaged screens. We are insured, and we stand behind our work: if something isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Estimates and invoices are provided through our quoting and scheduling software.
